Dormanstown Primary Academy have achieved the HeadStart Gold Award for all their work in ensuring pupils are given the necessary support to build their resilience and maintain their good mental health. The school has made a commitment to their community by carrying out a thorough audit of their whole school practices using the resilience framework. The framework reviews the school’s governance, school policies, classroom practices, staff wellbeing and the school’s graduated response to pupil wellbeing.
