Teesside Mind is launching a new drop-in service for young people.
Be Heard was designed by young people for young people.
For those who need a safe space, a listening ear, a distraction or information about where to access support.
Dedicated youth workers help young people develop the skills and emotional resilience they need to manage their mental health, to access peer support and resources that connect them with relevant services.
We want young people to feel heard, to build their trust in services and with professionals, and have somewhere to go while they might be waiting for therapeutic support.

Help us spread the word
We know the power of partnership is essential in getting the word out.
In 2025 Be Heard is being piloted in Thornaby Family Hub on Tuesday evenings and Guisborough Youth Centre on Thursday evenings.
Please download and print the poster below for your venue or share it digitally with your partners and contacts.
We want young people to access Be Heard and you can help us reach those that could really benefit from our support.
