We are delighted that we have recently recruited 2 new HeadStart team apprentices. Jay and Adam joined the HeadStart team through the summer and are looking forward to visiting schools across South Tees.
Introducing Jay…
Hi, I am Jay. I am 17 and use he/him pronouns. I joined the Headstart Team a couple of weeks ago as an apprentice. I can’t wait to start working within the schools as children’s mental wellbeing is a huge passion of mine. I had never gotten that support so I am really excited to give young people that support. I can’t wait to begin to see the progress I will be a part of. Creating resources, and
delivering activities and assemblies will be a big part of my role and I hope that I will be able to make them engaging enough for the young people to enjoy and respond to them.
Introducing Adam…
Hi, my name is Adam. I recently joined the Headstart Team as an apprentice. I am really excited to be supporting our mental health and wellbeing team and building positive progress in the lives of young people. I am looking forward to creating resources and activities as well as working in schools and delivering our exciting work. I hope I can help improve the lives of young people moving
forward.
