Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust want people to join in with their latest conversation…
How should our mental health, learning disability and autism services work in a few years from now?
To make real improvements we must plan ahead. As well as knowing the strengths we should build on, and the weaknesses we have to sort out, we need to know what we’re aiming for.
That’s why we’re asking for your help. We’d like answers from everybody, those we work with, or have worked with, to four key questions. What they say will shape our plan to improve the services we offer over the coming years.
We know we don’t have all the answers so we’re relying on the experiences and ideas of service users and carers like you to get those improvements right. Please help us to do a great job for you and yours.
We’d really appreciate replies from individuals and groups so do feel free to talk about improving with friends, family, co-workers, carers and anyone else who might help you think your answers through. They’re also welcome to register and join in.
