This is your fortnightly reminder that you matter! 😊 We know as teachers and school staff that you give so much out to everyone else all day every day and it’s important to keep in mind that you need to keep your own cup full too!
On that theme this week we’d like you to consider a simple tip for looking after your own wellbeing during the busy school day.
We often hear from staff in schools that they don’t get a minute to even have a drink and we understand that the school schedule is demanding and busy however hydration is under -rated! Keeping yourself hydrated supports your body and mind to feel good and function well. Could you have a water bottle on your desk and take little sips during the day or buddy with a colleague to ensure you get a 5 minute tea break?
Go and fill your cup!
