The ‘Tuff Tees’ programme is themed around males and their emotional health living on Teesside.

It is designed to build resilience, increase confidence and boost awareness around emotional wellbeing.

The workshop will support those year 7 pupils who are particularly anxious and worried moving up to secondary school. The workshop would target a maximum group size of 12 pupils. Allowing them to recognise their concerns, discuss coping strategies and enable them to normalise their feelings.
